Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of a portfolio of retail stores across Munster
• Drive sales, margin, and profitability across all locations
• Work closely with Area Managers and Store Managers to improve performance and deliver results
• Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, standards, and customer experience
• Monitor and analyse KPIs, identifying trends and implementing action plans
• Ensure consistency across store operations, merchandising, and brand standards
• Drive improvements in labour management, stock control, and cost efficiency
• Support recruitment, training, and development of management teams
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership on business planning and expansion

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience in a senior retail role such as Retail Operations Manager, Area Manager, or similar
• Strong multi-site management experience within grocery or high-volume retail
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance across multiple locations
• Experience leading and developing management teams
• Highly commercial with strong financial and operational awareness
• A hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
