Retail Manager – Home & Lifestyle Store

We are recruiting a Retail Manager for an exciting lifestyle retail destination in the heart of Dublin City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded Retail Manager who loves leading from the front, driving sales, and creating an engaging shopping experience.

This role is about far more than operations. We’re looking for someone with presence and passion. Someone who can build a strong team culture, maintain exceptional retail standards, and create a destination that customers love returning to.

Whether your background is fashion, homewares, lifestyle, department stores, or speciality retail, what matters most is your ability to lead people, deliver results, and bring enthusiasm to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive commercial performance through strong leadership and effective sales management
• Create a welcoming and engaging environment that encourages customer loyalty
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and retail presentation standards
• Deliver strong stock management and operational excellence
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
• Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and store performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and customer-focused culture throughout the business

About You:

• Previous retail management experience in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering results
• An engaging, energetic, and approachable leadership style
• Passionate about people development and creating high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong visual merchandising and retail standards experience
• Naturally customer-focused with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences
