As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and motivating your team to deliver strong commercial results while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and store execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing retail team
• Driving sales performance and delivering KPIs across the store
• Creating a positive and engaging workplace culture
• Ensuring exceptional customer service standards at all times
• Coaching Team Leaders and Sales Advisors to maximise performance
• Managing store operations, compliance, and health & safety standards
• Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and colleague development
• Supporting performance management, absence management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Delivering successful seasonal launches, promotions, and key trading events

About you:

• Previous retail management experience within fashion, homewares, or department stores
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills
• Commercially focused with a proven ability to drive sales and team performance
• Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences
• Organised, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Experienced in managing large teams and multiple priorities
