Retail Duty Manager – South Dublin

As Duty Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the operation, leading your team from the shop floor, driving sales, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring every customer leaves with a reason to return.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and motivating a large team in a high-energy retail environment
• Driving sales through excellent customer engagement and commercial awareness
• Creating a fun, positive, and productive atmosphere on the shop floor
• Coaching and developing team members to help them reach their potential
• Ensuring the highest standards of presentation, merchandising, and store operations
• Managing daily store performance and supporting key business objectives
• Acting as a role model for customer service and leadership excellence
