Registered General Nurse

Responsibilities for this Registered General Nurse:

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual person-centred care programmes within an agreed framework and in accordance with best practice.
• Report and consult with senior nursing management on clinical issues as appropriate.
• Medication administration
• Deliver high standards of care while maintaining the dignity of the patient.
• Carry out assigned tasks as directed.
• Take positive direction while working alone or as part of the team.
• Support the staff in caring for patients.

Requirements for this Registered General Nurse:

• Valid NMBI PIN is required
• Valid & up to date CPR.
• Valid Patient Manual handling.
• Valid Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults Certificate.
• Must be able to provide 2 written references.
• Good knowledge of HIQA standards.
• Must have a fluent level of English both written and oral.
• Must have all Hep B vaccinations received
