Regional Sales Manager – Nationwide

Excel Recruitment are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to take responsibility for a nationwide portfolio within a well-established Irish business.

This is a senior commercial role suited to a driven sales leader with strong experience in field sales, account management and business development.

The Role:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customers nationwide
• Drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Develop and implement regional sales plans
• Monitor sales performance, market activity and commercial opportunities
• Conduct regular customer and site visits across Ireland
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance and pipeline activity

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in Regional Sales, Field Sales or Account Management
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship-building ability
• Comfortable managing a nationwide territory
• Highly organised, driven and results-focused
• Full clean driving licence
