Excel Recruitment Belfast is seeking an ambitious and driven Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a true 360 recruitment role, giving you full responsibility for developing and managing a healthcare desk across Northern Ireland.

You will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, from winning new business and developing client relationships through to sourcing, placing and managing healthcare professionals. Business development will be a key part of the role, making it ideal for a motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, placing, and managing healthcare candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, nursing homes, supported living services, and other healthcare organisations.
• Achieve and exceed recruitment, sales, and business development targets.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safeguarding requirements, and company procedures within the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare recruitment.
• Proven track record of business development and generating new client relationships.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
