Multi-Site Store Manager – Bray

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Multi-Site Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of two busy retail stores in Bray.

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong retail leader who enjoys being hands-on in stores, developing teams and driving high standards across customer service, sales and operations. You will have responsibility for both locations, supporting the management teams while ensuring each store delivers consistently against commercial and operational targets.

Salary: €50,000-€55,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations and performance of two retail stores
• Lead, motivate and develop Store Managers and wider retail teams
• Drive sales, profitability and overall commercial performance
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve store results
• Maintain excellent standards of customer service across both locations
• Manage staffing levels, rotas, recruitment, training and performance
• Ensure strong stock control, availability, merchandising and store presentation
• Monitor labour costs, waste, margins and other key operational controls
• Conduct regular store visits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Ensure both stores operate in line with company procedures, health & safety and compliance requirements
• Build a positive, accountable culture with a strong focus on team development and customer experience

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Multi-Site Manager or experienced Assistant Manager within a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong people management and leadership skills
• Commercially focused with experience managing sales, KPIs and costs
• Excellent customer service standards
• Confident managing and developing management teams
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable dividing time effectively across two locations
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the front
