Human Resources Manager – Limerick

Our client is a leading Irish-owned and managed contract catering and hospitality services provider, operating across multiple locations nationwide. Known for delivering exceptional service and quality, they continue to grow while maintaining a strong people-first culture and commitment to operational excellence.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site business. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll oversee all aspects of the HR function, with a particular focus on recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and HR compliance.

You’ll manage all permanent and temporary recruitment activity, act as the key contact for recruitment agencies and external partners, and support managers across multiple sites. Regular travel to locations throughout the region will be required.

This role would suit someone coming from a high-volume hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, or similar operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Lead all permanent and temporary recruitment activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Develop talent pipelines and recruitment strategies to support business growth.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through to onboarding.

Employee Relations & HR Support

• Provide guidance and support to managers on all employee relations matters.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance-related issues.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Produce HR reports and recruitment metrics.
• Support policy development, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Multi-Site Support

• Visit sites regularly to support managers and employees.
• Build strong relationships across the business.
• Support new site openings, mobilisation projects, and organisational growth.
• Drive a positive and consistent employee experience across all locations.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HR Management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Proven employee relations experience.
• Background in hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, facilities management, or another fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
