Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join a well-established business in Midleton, Co. Cork.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid HR experience who enjoys a varied, hands-on role supporting both employees and management across day-to-day HR operations.

Salary: €39,000-€42,000

The Role:

• Support managers with employee relations and general HR queries
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and induction
• Manage HR administration and maintain accurate employee records
• Support absence management, performance management and disciplinary processes
• Assist with training and employee development initiatives
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR best practice

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience of 3 years in an HR Executive, HR Generalist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
• Confident dealing with employee relations matters
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Hospitality, retail or other fast-paced operational HR experience would be an advantage
• CIPD qualification or HR-related qualification is desirable
