HR Business Partner – Meath
Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing and dynamic multi-site retail business based in Meath.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused HR professional who enjoys working closely with operational teams, supporting managers across multiple locations, and driving people initiatives in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role offers a competitive salary of €70,000 – €80,000 DOE, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a real impact across a successful retail organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted HR partner to Store Managers and Operational Leadership teams across multiple locations.
- Support the delivery of people strategies that drive engagement, retention, and business performance.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance management.
- Support recruitment activity, succession planning, and workforce planning across the retail network.
- Coach and develop managers on people management best practice and employment legislation.
- Lead and support HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and change management programmes.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across all sites.
- Analyse people metrics and identify opportunities to improve employee experience and business performance.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist HR role.
- Experience supporting managers within a multi-site retail, hospitality, FMCG, or customer-facing environment would be highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and support operational leaders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- CIPD qualification or relevant third-level qualification preferred.
- Full driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites when required.
