HR Area Manager (Retail) – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Area Manager who specialises in Retail HR, for our thriving retail client based in Dublin.

Our client is a modern and diverse business and has a fantastic company culture. They are expanding and looking for more skilled, experienced individuals to join their team. They love to achieve targets and are a goal-focused business.

The ideal individual for this position must have great communication skills, HR qualification/experience. They must be able to lead teams and manage large groups of people across various sites. They must be well-versed in HR policies, HR legislation and training and development.

Salary: €40k to €50k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Training and development
• Managing HR across multiple sites
• Ensure compliance to HR policies
• Recruitment and selection
• Monitoring performance and appraisals
• Conduct disciplinary meetings

Requirements:

• HR management experience
• HR qualification
• Great people management
• Ability to communicate effectively
