Are you an experienced HGV Mechanic looking for a secure, long-term opportunity with a leading waste management company? We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated mechanic to join our busy maintenance team based in Dublin 12.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a modern fleet of commercial vehicles while earning a highly competitive salary of up to €60,000 for the right candidate.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repairs on HGVs and refuse collection vehicles.
• Diagnosing faults and performing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repairs.
• Completing preventative maintenance inspections and safety checks.
• Ensuring vehicles are maintained to RSA and company standards.
• Responding to breakdowns and minimising vehicle downtime.
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and job reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified HGV Mechanic, Heavy Vehicle Technician or equivalent.
• Previous experience working on HGVs, LGVs, refuse trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and vehicle electrics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving licence (HGV licence advantageous but not essential).
