Excel Healthcare are recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join their dynamic Healthcare Team.

You must be elegible to work in Ireland and have some administration / HR experience or working toward this.

Excel Healthcare have 5 offices all over Ireland and over 120 recruitment consultants. Our Healthcare division hire healthcare staff on a temporary and permanent basis for hospitals, nursing homes and hospice’s all over Ireland.

This role will involve:

– Sourcing healthcare professionals online via jobs boards and CV searches

– Calling candidates about upcoming jobs and updating profiles

– Administration

– Compliance checking and processing including Garda vetting

– Communicating with staff, providing uniforms, interviewing candidates

– Job specs and CV screening

– Holiday cover and cover when needed within our temp recruitment division

Career progression to recruiter level available within the company among many other advantages.

Full training provided.

Monday to Friday 9-5.30 – in our Dublin office.

Experience in recruitment is an advantage but not essential.

Salary negotiable based on experience from €26,000

Bonus each month based on sales.
