Grocery Online Shopping Manager – Supermarket – South Dublin

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the online grocery shopping team
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of Click & Collect and home delivery
• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately, efficiently, and within agreed KPI targets
• Plan team rotas and labour requirements in line with order volumes and customer demand
• Monitor productivity, order fulfilment, picking accuracy, and customer satisfaction
• Work closely with store management and department teams to ensure strong stock availability
• Manage customer queries and resolve any issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain excellent standards across online picking, packing, staging, and dispatch
• Ensure effective stock control and product availability throughout the online operation
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, health & safety, and food safety standards
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and the overall online shopping experience

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous management or supervisory experience within supermarket or grocery retail
• Experience managing an online grocery shopping, eCommerce, Click & Collect, or home delivery operation is highly desirable
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a strong focus on productivity, service, and operational standards
• Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
• Confident managing KPIs, labour, and a high-volume workload
• A hands-on management style with the ability to lead by example
• Passionate about delivering an outstanding online grocery shopping experience
