What You’ll Need
- A recognised nursing or midwifery qualification
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI), in accordance with the requirements of the relevant role
- Relevant mandatory healthcare training and certifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, reliable and compassionate approach to patient and service-user care
- A willingness to learn, develop and work as part of a team
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport is preferred for certain locations
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering safe, high-quality and person-centred care
- Supporting patients, service users, women and families in line with their individual needs
- Working alongside healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
- Following relevant HSE, HIQA and Mental Health Commission standards, as applicable to the setting
- Maintaining professional standards and continuing to develop your clinical knowledge and skills
