Job Overview

Excel Recruitment is hiring for our client in South Dublin, seeking a dedicated and reliable General Operative. This is an ongoing temporary position, with a view to permanency. Shift pattern is 2pm-10.30pm, full-time hours each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and sorting products.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, particularly regarding manual handling.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manual handling role is essential.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work the designated shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
