The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering donor acquisition, retention, and development campaigns while helping to drive fundraising income and supporter engagement.

Role Overview:

The Fundraising Coordinator will work closely with the fundraising and communications team to deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across multiple channels. This role will focus on donor recruitment, retention, reactivation, and stewardship while supporting income growth targets and enhancing supporter engagement. The successful candidate will bring strong project management skills, creative fundraising expertise, and a data-driven approach to campaign performance and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail, digital, email, telemarketing, radio, press, and other channels
• Manage donor acquisition, retention, reactivation, and upgrade campaigns
• Deliver high-performing regular giving recruitment campaigns
• Coordinate annual tax-back campaigns to maximise fundraising income
• Work with digital marketing colleagues to improve donor engagement and online conversion rates
• Analyse campaign performance and provide recommendations to maximise future income
• Support annual fundraising strategy development, budgeting, and reporting
• Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies, and service providers
• Ensure effective use of donor database systems to support fundraising growth
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent supporter communications and messaging

Essential Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Proven experience in Individual Giving, fundraising, donor development, or a similar role
• Experience managing direct mail and integrated fundraising campaigns
• Strong understanding of donor acquisition and donor retention strategies
• Track record of achieving ambitious fundraising or income targets
• Strong project management and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of GDPR and data management best practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines
