Fashion Supervisor

We’re recruiting a Fashion Supervisor within a highly successful retail destination in Co. Wicklow.

We’re looking for a commercially minded Fashion Supervisor who understands customers, and is confident driving sales through styling, outfit building, and outstanding service. This is a highly visible, customer-facing position where you’ll spend your time on the shop floor, building relationships with customers and driving sales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and styling advice
• Developing strong customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
• Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising standards
• Monitoring stock levels and ensuring strong availability across key lines
• Supporting promotional activity, seasonal launches, and new product introductions
• Leading by example and helping maintain a positive, energetic team culture

About You:

• Strong experience within fashion retail
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and current trends
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver a high level of personal service
• An engaging personality with a positive and energetic approach
