Fashion Department Manager – Dundrum

As Department Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for your area of the business, ensuring exceptional standards across customer service, team development, visual presentation, and commercial performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
• Driving sales, KPIs, and customer experience standards
• Managing staffing, performance reviews, and development plans
• Creating a positive and engaging culture for your team
• Delivering excellent visual merchandising and store standards
• Analysing trading performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Supporting major launches, promotions, and key trading periods
• Ensuring all operational, health & safety, and compliance standards are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Department Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Manager within fashion, lifestyle, department store, or high-volume retail
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and retaining talent
• Commercially minded with experience driving sales and KPIs
• Hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the shop floor
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
