The Role

• As Fashion Department Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, combining your love of fashion with strong commercial leadership.
• Lead from the front – inspire, coach and develop a large fashion retail team, creating a positive, high-performance culture.
• Drive the business – take ownership of sales, KPIs, productivity and overall department performance.
• Bring fashion to life – deliver inspiring product presentations, excellent visual merchandising and outstanding shop-floor standards.
• Know your numbers – analyse sales, identify trends and react quickly to commercial opportunities.
• Champion the customer – create a fantastic shopping experience through great service, product knowledge and engaged teams.
• Develop future talent – identify potential, build confidence and support your team’s career development.
• Make an impact – work alongside an experienced management team to deliver ambitious store objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• We want to hear from fashion retailers who are passionate about their industry, commercially sharp and confident leading teams in a busy retail environment.
• At least 3 years’ management experience in fashion, department-store or high-volume retail.
• A strong track record of driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
• A genuine passion for fashion, seasonal trends, product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing large retail teams.
• A hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the shop floor.
• The energy, ambition and commercial instinct to thrive in a fast-paced retail business.
