Executive Assistant to CEO & Senior Leadership Team – North Dublin / Meath
Our client a well-known, successful and expanding supply chain and logistics organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, confidential support to the CEO whiles also supporting the wider Senior Leadership
This role sits at the centre of the Executive Office and is responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of executive priorities, communications, and governance activities. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities for the role of Executive Assistant
- Manage and optimise the CEO’s diary to maximise productivity and business impact.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Senior Leadership Team.
- Coordinate complex Executive and Board-level meetings.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing documents, and board packs.
- Manage executive communications and act as a key point of contact.
- Track and follow up on actions from leadership meetings.
- Support diary coordination and meeting logistics for senior leaders.
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Process expenses and assist with Executive Office budget tracking.
- Coordinate leadership offsites, town halls, and internal events.
- Maintain strict confidentiality across sensitive matters.
- Anticipate potential issues and proactively protect executive time.
Experience and skills required
- 7+ years’ experience supporting C-suite executives.
- Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability and proactive mindset.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to work on site Monday – Friday
