Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the daily operation of a high-volume retail store
- Lead, motivate and coach teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales performance and achieve store and departmental targets
- Ensure excellent standards of merchandising and store presentation
- Monitor stock levels and support stock management processes
- Manage operational challenges
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee development
- Ensure health and safety and compliance standards are maintained
Skills and Requirements
- Previous experience in an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or Team Leader role
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure
- Strong understanding of Health & Safety and compliance standards
