We are looking for a motivated Deli Supervisor to join a busy supermarket in Cork. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with deli, foodservice, café, or convenience retail experience who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent customer service.

Pay Rate – €15-€16 p/h

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy deli department
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensuring high food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Managing stock, waste, ordering, and merchandising
• Assisting with staff training and development
• Driving sales and maintaining department standards

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a deli, foodservice, or fresh food environment
• Supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Passion for fresh food and customer service
• HACCP and food safety knowledge preferred
