Deli Supervisor – Cork City

We are currently recruiting for a Deli Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced food retail operation in Cork City.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deli Assistant, Senior Deli Associate or Supervisor looking to progress their career with a growing business that is committed to fresh food excellence and exceptional customer service.

€14.00 – €15.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily operation of a busy deli department.
• Lead and motivate the deli team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Monitor food quality, presentation and freshness standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and waste management.
• Train and develop team members.
• Drive sales through strong product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Ensure the department is fully compliant with company policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a deli, food-to-go, café or fresh food environment.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
