This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced deli professional who is passionate about fresh food, delivering high standards and leading a successful team.

Salary: €30,000 – €35,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily running of the deli department
• Lead, train and motivate the deli team
• Manage ordering, stock levels and waste
• Ensure excellent food quality and presentation standards
• Maintain strong HACCP and food safety standards
• Manage rosters and ensure appropriate staffing levels
• Drive sales and maintain strong margins
• Always ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Manager or Deli Supervisor
• Strong fresh food and deli experience
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Experience with ordering, stock control and waste management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Hands-on and comfortable working in a busy retail environment
