Commercial Visual Manager – Dublin City Centre

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Visual Manager for a high-profile, multi-department retail store in Dublin City Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior visual leader with a strong fashion and commercial background. Leading and developing an experienced visual team, you will shape the visual direction of the store while using your commercial knowledge to drive sales, maximise space and create an inspiring customer experience.

You will work at a senior retail management level, reporting directly into the General Store Manager on all day to day Commercial and Visual activity within the store. We are particularly interested in Visual Managers from fashion, department stores, premium retail or other large-scale retail environments who combine creativity with strong commercial acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing visual team
• Deliver exceptional visual standards across fashion, home and lifestyle departments
• Use sales, product and customer insights to make commercially focused visual decisions
• Maximise sales through product placement, space management, styling and strong visual execution
• Deliver seasonal launches, campaigns, windows and key trading events
• Work closely with Store and Department Managers on sales, KPIs and commercial opportunities
• Ensure visual standards create a consistent and engaging customer journey throughout the store

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in a senior Visual Management / Commercial Store Manager role within fashion or a similar retail environment
• Proven experience leading and developing visual teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret sales and KPI performance
• Excellent eye for product, styling, detail and presentation
• Confident communicator with strong influencing and leadership skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
