At Excel Recruitment, we are currently recruiting a Part-Time Client Relationship Coordinator for our client based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

This is a part-time temporary position, fully office-based Monday to Friday, €18 per hour.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service or client relationship experience who enjoys building rapport and maintaining long-term relationships. You will be responsible for looking after an established client base within the drinks and licensed trade sector, including pubs, bars and drinks companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and build strong working relationships
• Check in with clients to ensure they are happy with the service provided
• Keep clients informed of upcoming promotions, offers and relevant updates
• Respond to client queries and coordinate any required follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
• Record client feedback and follow-up actions
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a high level of customer service
• Provide general administrative support as required

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, client relationship management, account management or a similar client-facing role
• Confident and personable telephone manner, with experience communicating with customers or clients by phone
• Fluent spoken English is essential, as the role involves regular telephone contact with clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Organised and reliable with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Experience working with clients in the drinks, licensed trade or hospitality sector would be a strong advantage
