Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support kitchen operations in high-volume, professional environments
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to the highest standards
• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene procedures (HACCP) are strictly followed
• Maintain stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation
• Work collaboratively with front-of-house and site managers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certification (or willingness to renew)
• Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver quality consistently
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
