Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present fresh, high-quality meals to company standards
• Manage daily food preparation and service requirements
• Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures are followed
• Assist with menu delivery, stock control, and stock rotation
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Consistently deliver high standards of food quality and presentation

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef within hospitality, catering, or food service environments
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Good knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
• Passion for producing quality food and delivering excellent service
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work a rostered schedule, including weekends where required
