What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of your section while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
• Work across all kitchen sections, developing your skills and versatility.
• Support daily kitchen operations in a busy service environment.
• Assist in menu development and contribute fresh, creative ideas.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards are maintained at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Help drive consistency, efficiency, and innovation within the kitchen.
• What We’re Looking For
• We’re seeking an enthusiastic and motivated chef who thrives in a busy environment and loves being part of a strong team culture.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis/Senior Chef looking to step up.
• The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Experience working across multiple kitchen sections.
• A genuine passion for quality food and hospitality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support colleagues when needed.
• High standards of cleanliness, organisation, and attention to detail.
