Excel Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Chef to join our temporary workforce across Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work in a range of professional kitchen environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Supporting kitchen teams during busy service periods
• Managing food preparation, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
• Adapting quickly to different menus, kitchens, and service styles

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced kitchen
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Valid HACCP level 2 and Manual Handling certificates – training can be provided
• Flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
