Chef
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Chef to become part of our growing kitchen team in Dublin, working in a busy and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Handle and portion meats, seafood, poultry, desserts, and bakery items as required
- Follow all HACCP and food safety procedures, including proper storage, labelling, and rotation of stock
- Keep kitchen stations clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene regulations
- Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies when needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or chef experience preferred
- Manual Handling and HACCP/Food Safety certification preferred (training can be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and health & safety standards
