The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 year’s experience in a busy kitchen environment, ideally contract catering
• Strong passion for food and a commitment to quality
• Flexible and reliable with good availability during the week
• Manual Handling & HACCP certified (training available if needed)
• Culinary qualification is a plus, but not essential
