Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, following all food safety regulations
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff as required
• Adapt to different kitchen settings and teams with ease

Requirements:

• Proven Chef experience
• Excellent culinary and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility with working hours and locations within Wicklow
• Own transport is a strong advantage
• Valid food safety and manual handling certification
