Responsibilities of the Chef:

• Preparing and cooking food in line with menu standards
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene compliance
• Supporting teams during busy service times
• Managing prep, stock rotation, and cleanliness
• Adapting to new menus and kitchen environments

Requirements for the Chef:

• At least 2 years’ experience in a busy kitchen
• Contract catering experience is an advantage
• Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training available)
• Flexible availability
