This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous retail supervisory experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a fast-paced checkout area.

€33,000 – €36,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the checkout team on a daily basis
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Manage staff breaks, rotas, and daily task allocation
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
• Assist with cash management and end-of-day procedures
• Support training and development of new team members
• Work closely with management to achieve store targets

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible and hands-on approach to work
