This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled butcher looking to join a strong team in a customer-focused retail environment where quality, presentation, and service are key.

€18-€20 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing, cutting, and presenting fresh meat products to the highest standards
• Maintaining excellent food safety and HACCP standards
• Delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge
• Ensuring counters are fully stocked and merchandised
• Minimising waste and maximising profitability within the department

Requirements:

• Previous butcher experience in a retail or trade environment
• Strong knife skills and product knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a busy team
• Passion for fresh food and customer service
