Are you an experienced Barista looking to take the next step in your career?
Future Proof Training and the Irish Barista Academy are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to deliver Barista training programmes while helping to grow our training business across Galway and the West of Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves coffee, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a rewarding career in sales and business development with significant commission earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Barista Skills Training to individuals and groups.
- Promote and sell Barista, Manual Handling and HACCP training programmes.
- Generate new business opportunities and training bookings.
- Attend networking events and training fairs.
- Support marketing and social media initiatives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to learners and clients.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Barista experience is essential.
- Passion for coffee and training others.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
