Do you have a passion for great coffee and exceptional customer service? Excel Recruitment is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Baristas to join our temporary team, supporting some of Dublin’s leading cafés, restaurants, corporate catering sites, and hospitality venues.
This is an excellent opportunity for baristas seeking full-time hours with the flexibility to gain experience across a variety of locations and work environments throughout Dublin.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other drinks
- Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Operate tills and process customer transactions accurately
- Assist with light food preparation and general café duties when required
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the coffee station
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Barista in a busy café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and beverage preparation
- A positive, customer-focused attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work across different client locations throughout Dublin
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional approach to work
