Flexible Hours, Weekly Pay, Immediate Start Opportunities

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Baristas to join our expanding team of hospitality professionals across Dublin.

We have ongoing opportunities available across busy contract catering units, healthcare facilities, corporate catering sites, and event locations. This role is ideal for an experienced Barista looking for flexible work, additional hours, or a role that fits around other commitments.

Whether you are seeking full-time work, part-time shifts, or extra hours during the week, we offer flexibility and a variety of exciting workplaces throughout Dublin. Shifts include weekday daytime hours, with additional weekend opportunities available. The rate of pay is from €14.50 to €15.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

As a Barista, you will:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and speciality beverages
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and coffee equipment confidently
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Process customer transactions accurately
• Assist with food service and general catering duties where required
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
• Keep service areas fully stocked and organised
• Support colleagues during busy service periods

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Previous Barista experience in a busy coffee shop, catering, or hospitality setting
• Experience preparing espresso-based coffees and speciality drinks
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good spoken English
• A professional and positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work well under pressure
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
