Assistant Manager – Dublin

Our client is seeking an experienced retail Assistant Manager with a genuine passion for technology to support the running of a busy electronics department in Dublin. This role is ideal for a retail supervisor, sales manager, or existing Assistant Manager looking to take the next step in their career within an environment that rewards your sales through a generous commission structure from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day operation of the department
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing sales team while also selling yourself
• Analyse and monitor departmental KPIs
• Coach team members on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Assist with operational and backroom duties
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff development

Skills and Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail management role
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• Evidence of driving and motivating a sales team
• Passion and knowledge of tech and consumer electronics
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a consultative customer-focused approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Salary & Package

• Salary: €31,000 – €33,000
• OTE earnings of up to €50,000
• Uncapped Commission
• Paid overtime
