Our client is one of Ireland’s leading Technical Sports Retailers, with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge and an inspiring shopping experience. They’re now looking for an Assistant Manager to join their flagship Dundrum store.

Working alongside an experienced management team, you’ll help lead a store of approximately 30 Sports Advisors, creating an environment where both customers and colleagues thrive.

Responsibilities of this Assistant Manager job include:

• Supporting the daily operation of a flagship retail store
• Leading, coaching and developing a large team
• Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert service
• Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Ensuring high standards across operations, health & safety and security
• Analyse daily and weekly sales reports, identifying opportunities to improve performance and maximise sales.
• Build strong product knowledge across the team, ensuring customers receive expert advice and recommendations.

Experience required for this Assistant Manager job include:

• Has retail management experience as a Supervisor, Assistant Manager
• Comes from a fashion, sports or lifestyle retail background
• Loves leading from the front and developing people
• Has strong commercial awareness and experience driving KPIs
• Brings energy, positivity and a hands-on approach to every shift
• Is passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment
