Assistant Manager – Tipperary

Salary: €50k – €55k

Our client is one of the leading grocery retailers in Ireland with an excellent background in staff retention and progression. As Assistant Manager, you will be tasked with driving high standards across the store, staff development, stock management & KPIs. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced retailer looking to take the next step in their career!

Roles and Responsibilities as Assistant Manager:

• Assisting the Management team in ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the store
• Oversee all the HACCP and Health and Safety procedures to ensure they are always followed appropriately
• Ensuring the store consistently achieves its targets and KPIs
• Reviewing staff performance, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store
• Constantly looking at innovative ways to increase footfall, turnover, and grow margins
• Manage a large team of staff and having the ability to motivate and lead

Who you are:

• Previous retail management/ supervisory experience in a retail setting
• Excellent team leadership skills
• An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in store
• Passionate about customer service
