Area Manager – Galway & Mayo

Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm

Our client is a leading organisation dedicated to supporting individuals into sustainable employment while partnering with local businesses and communities. They are now seeking an inspiring Dual Branch Manager to lead and develop a combined team of 10-15 colleagues, creating a high-performing, positive culture while driving operational excellence and helping a diverse group of individuals overcome barriers to secure meaningful employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate your team to achieve performance, quality and service delivery targets.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring compliance and an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with a diverse range of individuals, supporting your team to help clients secure sustainable employment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local employers, community partners and key stakeholders to create employment opportunities.
• Monitor branch performance, analyse KPIs and implement continuous improvements.
• Recruit, develop and inspire your team, fostering an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

About You

• 3-4 years’ senior branch management experience, ideally within a customer-focused, people-centred or target-driven environment.
• A proven track record of leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and operational management skills with experience delivering targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills, with a passion for helping people succeed.
• Experience in recruitment with strong administration and presentation experience
