Are you an experienced Chef looking for flexible work with excellent daytime hours? We are currently recruiting talented and reliable Chefs for ongoing temporary agency assignments across Dublin in Healthcare and Corporate Catering environments.

About the Role
As an Agency Chef, you will be deployed to different client sites across Dublin, supporting kitchen teams during busy periods, staff shortages, and planned cover requirements. Assignments may vary in location, duration, and start/finish times depending on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking high-quality meals to client specifications
- Managing food preparation and service efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Ensuring HACCP and food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assisting with menu production and kitchen organisation
- Supporting kitchen teams in delivering excellent service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen
- Experience in healthcare, contract catering, hotel, or restaurant environments is desirable
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchens
- Reliable, flexible, and professional attitude
- Own transport is advantageous but not essential
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
- Available to start immediately
