The Job:

With a full copy of the spec on request, the Accounts Receivable Specialist will:

• Work closely with Credit Control and Payroll and have responsibility for processing payments, maintaining customer records, along with sorting out any payment issues that arise. You will also help with administrative credit control and payroll tasks, ensuring everything is accurate and up to date.
• Manage cash flow effectively and support the overall success of the business. This is a great chance to develop your skills in a friendly and collaborative environment while making a real impact on the business.

The Person:

• Solid experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, and payroll processing (weekly and monthly).
• Experienced in working with credit insurance and communicating with external partners such as Banks.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Syteline.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Great problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• Organised and capable of handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships.
• Eager to contribute to a growing team and make a real impact.
