Field Sales Executive – Equipment Hire

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join a growing business within the equipment rental sector.

Based out of the Dublin office national travel will be required alongside a day or two in the office.

You don’t need to come directly from equipment hire.

What we’re really looking for is someone who understands B2B field sales and is comfortable dealing with customers across sectors such as construction, trades, engineering, facilities, and more!

You’ll be out meeting customers, developing existing accounts and actively identifying new business across your territory.

You will be selling the rental of equipment used for lifting, access, material handling, floor care, and more!

Package: Salary €50k plus bonus, car

The role will involve:

• Managing and growing existing customer accounts
• Winning new business
• Regular customer and site visits
• Cold calling and prospecting
• Attending meetings and presenting solutions
• Negotiating and progressing sales opportunities
• Building strong, long-term customer relationships

We’re looking for:

• Field sales / B2B sales experience
• Strong new business development skills
• Excellent relationship-building ability
• A proactive, commercial approach
• Equipment rental experience is welcome but not essential
