Assistant Manager – Swords

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Assistant Manager to join a fun, creative, and customer-focused retail business in Swords. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Sales Assistant who is ready to step into their first management role and develop their career with a well-established brand.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
• Leading, motivating, and developing a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Driving commercial performance through strong product knowledge and customer engagement
• Managing stock, merchandising, and visual presentation standards
• Assisting with training and staff development
• Ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Assistant, or similar retail leadership role
• A genuine passion for customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Commercial awareness and a drive to achieve results
• Positive attitude, energy, and a willingness to learn and develop
