Retail Manager – Dun Laoghaire

As Store Manager, you’ll take ownership of a busy and successful store, leading your team from the front while driving performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. You’ll have the freedom to make an impact, develop your team, and create a fun and welcoming atmosphere where both customers and colleagues can thrive.

Salary 34K.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a customer-focused team
• Driving sales performance and achieving targets
• Creating an engaging and welcoming shopping environment
• Ensuring outstanding customer service at all times
• Managing stock and deliveries
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and compliance standards
• Building a positive, energetic culture on the shop floor

About You

• Previous retail or hospitality management/supervisory experience
• A strong people leader who enjoys motivating and developing teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable leading from the front
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Positive, energetic, and capable of creating a fun working environment
