The Role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring guests receive outstanding service across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, lounge, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm and friendly welcome to all guests.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and drinks to a consistently high standard.
• Set up and clear tables while maintaining excellent presentation standards.
• Assist with functions, conferences, and special events.
• Process payments and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with company procedures.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a hospitality environment is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy and fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with a professional and reliable approach.
