Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of a busy retail store.
• Learn all aspects of store operations and management.
• Assist with driving sales, profitability, and customer service standards.
• Lead and motivate team members on a daily basis.
• Support stock control, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Ensure high standards across fresh food and store presentation.
• Assist with staff training and development.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Step into management responsibilities when required

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory, senior sales assistant, duty manager, or assistant manager role.
• Strong communication and leadership potential.
• Passion for retail and delivering excellent customer service.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh food or grocery retail experience is highly desirable.
